What, when, and where is CREB® Forecast?
CREB® Forecast is a real estate conference and tradeshow focused on boosting your success as a REALTOR®. This is an in-person event at the BMO Centre, 20 Round Up Way SE, in the Champion's Ballroom on the third floor on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2027, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Is there an option to attend the event virtually?
Yes. Live online tickets provide access to CREB® chief economist Ann-Marie Lurie's 2027 housing market forecast presentation and Q&A.
The full conference program, tradeshow and networking opportunities are available exclusively to in-person attendees.
Will there be a tradeshow?
Yes! The tradeshow gives attendees the chance to explore industry-related exhibitors, products and services, connect with professionals and discover new tools and innovations to support their business.
Can I invite my industry friends to attend?

Registration is required. It closes on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2027, and tickets are not available for purchase after this date.

I purchased a ticket but changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final and no full refunds are issued. To transfer your ticket, email events@creb.ca to complete the name change.
Do I need to bring my ticket?
Yes. Bring a printed ticket or a copy on your mobile device to be scanned at entry. You'll find a link to your ticket in your confirmation and reminder emails.

Yes. Your fee includes a continental breakfast, lunch, coffee, tea, water and light refreshments during breaks.

There is no strict dress code, but business casual attire is recommended.

How do I get to the BMO Centre?
The BMO Centre is at 20 Round Up Way SE. View map.
Parking: available in the designated lots at the BMO Centre; please follow the signs. Parking is managed under the City of Calgary's Park Plus system at $18 per vehicle for the day.
LRT: the new LRT platform on 17th Avenue provides easy access to the BMO Centre.
Ride share: there is a drop-off area directly in front of the main entrance, across from the Saddledome.
